I DIDN'T KNOW A LEASING EXPERIENCE COULD BE THIS WONDERFUL!! My outstanding experience was with Harold Cayouette. I decided to lease again and Harold really went above and beyond for me, he really made me feel like I was the most important customer that he has. First of all, when I came in, he was so happy to see me, he gave me a hug, and it was just like seeing a good friend. He took his time with me he really wanted to make sure that I understood every part of the process, even though I had leased before. But, the best part of all was that he made it so easy that all I had to do was pretty much sign my name on the line. Harold could see I was nervous and excited and I couldn't focus when I got there so he was so calm with me so I was able to calm down. Yes he is a great salesman, but more important to me, he is a just an outstanding individual. Absolutely a professional, he made sure that I understood the vehicle inside and out, actually every inch of it. Mr. Cayouette is my salesman for life, I am never leaving him because I truly enjoyed my leasing experience and usually buying, leasing, trading in is usually a pretty nerve racking experience and now that Harold is my lifetime salesman it will never be again. I have recommended him to my sister because she is looking to buy a car. I will always recommend him to all my friends and family. I really hope Herb Chambers is aware of what a great asset he has in Harold Cayouette, because not only can he sell the vehicles, but he can always keep them coming back to Herb Chambers Cadillac. Thanks Harold for a wonderful leasing experience!!! I would like to note that I spent a short amount of time with Jackie Sasso in finance and I would like you to know that she was just an absolute joy. False advertisement When I intiatially inquired about a vehicle at herb chambers, Julia was absolutely amazing, I was sad to find out she was only a internet informant. She introduced me to a sale guy named max who would be further taking care of me. I was very straight forward with him and I thank herb chambers for getting me a car, however the process and the advertisement was absolutely horrendous. Whenever the dealership needed something they were very quick and responsive to making or returning phone calls, but on the other foot phones weren't existent. My sales person didn't even deliver my car to me the sales manager Kenny and Fred, which by the way were also amanzing did due to lack of communication between my sales person and I.my car came advertised with navigation which added value to my car and even had pictures to show a navigation screen at their dealership along with the ad of the vehicle itself, but after taking a rushed delivery of the vehicle came to find out it does not. So a day later I went down to herb chambers to see max because of my bad experience with returning phones calls, I showed him a screen shot of the ad as it's no longer on the website of the navigation and he offers to assist me on finding it in the car, he himself concludes it does not have navigation but only offers me an apology. Again I think herb chambers for getting me into a vehicle but for these reason i would not refer anyone to this location or return myself for that matter in my future car buying. More

Very good buying experience First I would like to thank Julia for always keeping in touch with me on cars that she thought I would be interested in . Our salesman Noel , couldn't have been anymore friendly, patient , and helpful. We test drove a couple of SRX's but just not the right color outside or color inside , didn't have the nice rims we wanted . Next day my phone rings from Noel saying he just got a car in that he thinks I will love , we came down and it was beautiful , just perfect in what we were looking for . He sat with me for hours showing me how to use all the options in this car . He' s amazing !!!!! I would also like to thank Jackie for being so friendly and honest and helpful in showing us things she felt would be very helpful to us. Only had the car 4 days so can say much about service department, although I am waiting for them to call so I can have a few marks touched up , hope the service department doesn't ruin this so far good experience . Time will tell. But I would definitely purchase from Herb Chambers again, and look up Noel , you won't be sorry. Thank you, Noel for finding me my dream car 😊?? More

When We arrived at Herb Chambers we were created by Roberto I was pretty undecided as to what I really wanted I had been searching for a used car .. I left that day to decide if I really wanted to spent that kind of money on a car.. I knew when I left that I wanted to buy a car from Roberto he was a great salesman with a lot of compassion and caring about us making the right choice for our needs not your typical pushy salesman.. I would highly recommend Natalie. I had an excellent experience at this dealership. It began with my online search for a used Cadillac that would meet my needs along with my budget an I had an excellent experience at this dealership. It began with my online search for a used Cadillac that would meet my needs along with my budget and look good. I searched Herb Chambers site along with other websites. I had brought my car into the dealership for services because of a recall and remembered how courteous everyone was that day. I found 2 Cadillacs(red or black) in stock that fit my criteria. I emailed the dealership, within the hour was contacted by Lauren with all the answers to my initial questions. My first trip to the dealership I test drove the vehicle. I left there unsure about purchasing the car. It was several days later when I returned to the dealership with many questions and doubts as to which car to purchase. That's when I met Natalie Simoneau salesperson. Natalie was extremely knowledgeable about the two vehicles that I was interested in. Natalie answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns about purchasing a used vehicle. She explained the options available with purchasing a used car and about the Cadillac certification. She definitely put my mind at ease. After meeting Natalie, the only decision I had to make was Red or Black. She put me in contact with Jackie in the finance department who was wonderful to work with as well, she diligently worked to secure me low interest rate. On Saturday, when I picked up my new vehicle, Natalie was waiting for me. She assisted me with the OnStar setup, along with the Bluetooth. She took the time to go over all of the controls and additional features that my new car had to offer. This truly was a great experience, the staff at the dealership was wonderful. It would be my recommendation to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new or used car to contact Herb Chambers and make sure that you ask for NATALIE SIMONEAU. You will not be disappointed.
