After visiting many dealerships we were delighted to find Seeger Toyota and Jackie Brothers most of all. We ordered the truck and were in often communication with Jackie as she always kept us in the loop with all the happenings. We received our truck a month prior to when we expected and are thrilled with the product, business and most of all Sales-Lady. I will start by saying best car buying experience we have ever had. We DREAD going to a dealership to buy a car. Most dealerships use high pressure sales tactics and like to waste your day playing the back a ever had. We DREAD going to a dealership to buy a car. Most dealerships use high pressure sales tactics and like to waste your day playing the back and forth game of “Let me see what I can do or the game of well for you….“ that annoys the fire out me. They are pushy, annoying, and are so focused on up selling that they don’t listen. NOT at Seeger. The staff were friendly and not fake, they listened, and found exactly what we were looking for at the price we needed. There was none of the STUPID games that other dealerships like to play. Just straight forward honest deals. The way it should be. They have not only won our business, I will be sure to refer everyone looking to buy a car. We have owned over 100 cars in the past 50 years, and this is only our second brand new Vehicle. I was really nervous about buying a vehicle that I couldn't see and test drive in person. I know supply this is only our second brand new Vehicle. I was really nervous about buying a vehicle that I couldn't see and test drive in person. I know supply chain issues has made it difficult for the automotive industry to supply cars to the dealerships. But Jackie did her best to help out and answer any questions that we had. This is also my first Toyota, and so far I am very impressed with everything about it. The Highlander was for my wife, and when we drove into the dealership it was sitting right up front. She was so happy with her new Highlander, that she literally cried when she saw it. Jackie pulled out all the stops in getting this to us asap with all the bells and whistles my wife wanted. We drove 2 hours to buy from Seeger and Jackie because she took the time to listen to what we needed. We had dealerships much closer, but they did not offer the customer service that Jackie did, so that is why we went to her. Would I buy again? You bet. Just got home from Seeger and we are already trying to get our neighbor to talk to Jackie about purchasing a Highlander. Word of mouth is the best advertisement and when I experience something good, I tell others. Actually, when I see bad, I also tell others to stay away. I only have great things to say so far and expect that it will remain that way if I need them. Research out what you want and can afford. Call Jackie and talk to her to see how she can help.
