I bought a new Rogue from Jack on 7/30. Jack made the process as painless as possible. He was hilarious, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He even stayed and worked overtime and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Sadly, one of my cameras needed to be replaced, but Jack checked on me to make sure I was being taken care of by the service department.
