I have been to Champion Service Center four or five times now for oil changes. Until last two visits I would rate 5-star. However, the last two visits have included pressure to purchase items and service I now for oil changes. Until last two visits I would rate 5-star. For example, on the previous visit a cabin air filter was installed in my truck and I was only informed by reviewing the invoice at the pay window (btw, I had recently replaced that filter myself, so I should not have been required). On this visit with my Tahoe, I informed the Advisor I would replace air filters myself due to budget constraints and he insinuated that might invalidate my warranty. On top of this, I discovered a screw missing on the engine air filter housing when I installed the filter this week (until this point NO service has been performed on the vehicle except at Champion). I'm not giving up on Champion Service yet, but would appreciate being informed so wise decisions can be made...not pressured More

I had taken the truck to another dealer and they had it for two weeks and had not even looked at it. That was after I had already scheduled an appointment.
