We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, as we strive to treat every customer with respect, regardless of their purchasing decision. We can assure you that we do not treat customers differently based on where they choose to buy. In fact, we have prior communication showing that we were aware and completely understanding of the change in your purchase choice. If there was any miscommunication during your visit, we’d love the opportunity to discuss it further. Please feel free to reach out to us so we may assist in resolving this matter.

No, these men were not completely understanding. They were mad that I didn’t buy a truck through them and they did treat me completely different based on where I chose to make a purchase. There was no miscommunication, I understood everything they said and all the rude comments they made.
