I tool my Chevy Impala in for a check engine light issue 4 different times and it was never fixed. Twice I was told the exact same problem and then I had to remind them that NO! that has already been done, 4 different times and it was never fixed. Then the last time all of a sudden there was something new that needed to be replaced or fixed and this was supposed to be paid for the dealership I bought the car from over on the coast and they paid for the initial diagnosis but not for the NEW thing that was discovered on the 4th time for the same check engine light so I was going to have to pay for it. Bud Clary wouldn't solve the problem and the service worker Johnathan told me that he would talk to the service manager to see if they would do anything to help me AND call me the next day to let me know but guess what. No call. No follow up. Johnathan lied to me and didn't call me and I believe they don't know what they are doing. More
