New (preowned) purchase I give Wally a "10". he was so easy to work with and down to earth. looked out for me with the purchasing experience. The only reason I say 4/5 I give Wally a "10". he was so easy to work with and down to earth. looked out for me with the purchasing experience. The only reason I say 4/5 is because I was there to drop my vehicle off to receive all the protection we purchased, back later to pick it up and then when I got home there was a message saying my license plates were ready. I was there twice that day and had to go back a third time. not a huge deal but a little inconvenient as I was there twice that day. Love my new (preowned) Rogue SV......a fun and very smart vehicle!! More
