In the beginning of the pandemic, John knew I was going to be in the market for a new car come June. Therefore, he proactively reached out to me months before my car was due and let me know he wanted to reserve my next car early to make sure I wasn't shut out with the pandemic lockdowns looming. It was definitely the right move and John put me in a gorgeous, brand new 2020 E350, black with the panoramic roof like I requested.
