I REALLY miss having a dealership and service facility in Chamblee. This service appointment turned into an all day...45 minute drive each way to the service center plus 5 hours waiting for my car. (I expected 2 to 3 hours) Had this been closer to home I could have gotten a ride back home and returned later to pick up my car. I will probably have to find an independent shop closer to home/work for the future repairs as logistics are just too difficult. I browsed the cars on the lot while waiting and spoke with two different sales associates. Both were helpful and allowed me to browse. More

Most honest and easy process of the 6 dealerships we tried to deal with in our purchase experience. The salesman here was the ONLY one who actually spoke directly to my daughter (for whom we were purch tried to deal with in our purchase experience. Quite a different experience over the other Mazda dealerships and the 3 Toyota dealerships. More

There is another Mazda dealer 4 miles away from my house, but I choose to do my business with Jim Ellis because they ALWAYS provide the best experience and pricing.
