During our initial visits we weren't sure which vehicle we were wanting and started out looking at the Jeep Cherokee, then the Grand Cherokee, then finally the Wrangler. The Jeep we wanted (color, extras) was not on the lot so they put forth the effort to find the one we wanted and then had to get it to Champaign! It was here within two days! Jeff was extremely patient with us and all of our questions. We had never owned a Jeep before and Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. At no time did we ever feel pressured and his approach was very laid back yet very professional. If I had met Jeff outside of his work I think we would be friends. As long as Jeff is with Champaign Chrysler-Jeep-Ram, we will be repeat customers. Dave Nelson, the floor/sales manager, was also extremely easy to work with, very professional and friendly. Everyone worked as a team throughout the whole process and made it an easy, enjoyable experience. More
