Our sales rep Jeff and the sales director worked together to find us the perfect car and were extremely respectful when it came to our finances. We have two small boys and we had numerous employees give them snacks and toys to play with to help pass the time. Our paperwork was completed in 45 minutes. I am very blessed to have my dream car and I have them to thank! More

On a personal side, my husband is diabetic and his sugar dropped while at the dealership. Steve offered to fix a plate of food for him from the lunch that was brought in for Honda Employees. This was above and beyond and I appreciated his concern. Ira was very helpful and got me in-and-out quickly. Joe explained the options of LoJack and what the upgrades would provide. More

I love my HR V!!!!!!! My salesman rock! He was the best. He let me do the talking as to what I was looking for and he found the PERFECT match for me. My sales man was very My salesman rock! He was the best. He let me do the talking as to what I was looking for and he found the PERFECT match for me. My sales man was very knowledgeable concerning my car inside and out. He made me feel at ease and did not apply any pressure on me to buy on the spot. My salesman n was cordial, friendly, easy to talk to and very patient when it came to getting my paperwork lined up. He is a hands on natural, smart and easy going person. My sales person kept in touch with me through the whole process. If I was to buy a house I would want him as my agent, or if I need a lawyer he would be the one. I really felt he had my best interest at heart and was really there to make it happen from beginning to end. When the deal was closed I really felt like he was sending me off to college or leaving home with a new car! He made sure all the car system and balances checked out, made sure I was comfortable, and again showed me the "get me started ins and outs" of my new car! He made sure that when I left that lot I was a happy camper. I am. Oh and the rest of the staff was just as friendly like one big happy family! More

I owned a 2013 Honda CRV and did not know if I wanted to lease / purchase / stay with the CRV / or change to an Accord. Tony Spitalieri and Sean McGrath walked me through all my options and I ended up with what I really wanted; a 2016 leased Accord LX. Ira Jackson-Carpenter managed the financing and went an extra step to further reduce my lease payments. James Hunziker significantly helped me with a choice about the mileage package that was needed with my lease. The leased Accord is great! I could not be happieer with my decision. Pam Goepfarth More

I chose to drive some distance from my home to make tis purchase, and it was worth it, to be treated as a valued customer which is not the case at my area Honda dealer. Tony was very patient and explained costs and did not even complain when I changed my mind on my color choice. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. More
