They felt more like family to me than businessmen doing what they had to do to get their sale/money. Soon as I came in they asked me what car I was interested in and offered a test drive, opposed to other dealerships I had visisted who had said “well first let me check your credit score”. This was my first time going through the process of buying the car and I never felt overwhelmed, rushed, or forced into my decision. It has only been 3 days since I purchased my car and I’ve told all my family members and friends about my experience with them and how they helped me attain my dream car! I honestly wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else to get a car If I have children in the future! I’m overjoyed with my purchase and know I made a great investment toward my future choosing to go to Jay Honda and purchasing a Honda Civic. This wasn’t just a purchase to me, but definitely a learning experience. They taught me a lot about leasing since I had never been introduced to the process and why some people do it and why people don’t. They not only gave advice they needed to give me since they are businessmen but real life/helpful advice they have modeled In their own lives. Zachary, Omar, and Ira were definitely amazing to me. Thank you guys and thank you Jay Honda for hiring such kind, helpful, patient and intelligent individuals! More
