I originally shopped Luther Nissan/Kia of Inver Grove after a stellar review from my roommate, and it was that first experience that brought me back a second time. This time I had the good fortune to be placed with Igor Tenenbaum. From the moment I walked through the door and shook hands with him I knew this would be another great experience. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted, never dreaming that it could be in the realm of possibilities, but Igor, Jerry, and the rest of awesome "Team Luther" made it happen. They all work together to make sure your car buying experience is outstanding. I left feeling as if I got everything I wanted and more. Igor not only stayed late, but came in on his day off to accommodate my work schedule and to make sure I was comfortable with my new Rogue from bumper to bumper. At one point, he even took me out to meet the service staff so that I could schedule my first oil change. Most importantly, I know I that I was given a fair deal. No need to shop around and I was not subjected to unscrupulous up selling. Customer loyalty and satisfaction are paramount at Luther, Inver Grove. After you drive off the lot you are not forgotten. Igor was kind enough to help me sync my phone with the car later that week, if I found it difficult to do on my own. He has first hand experience with the Rogue and was able to share useful and insightful knowledge with me. We have just experienced the most AWESOME USED/NEW car experience that can be had ANYWHERE. We came in to have our 2010 Versa serviced. This was my second new car purchase, the first being a 2011 Kia Optima EX GDI and recently a 2013 Kia Optima SX. I came into Luther Kia looking to test drive the Sportage with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver' with no intention of purchasing that day. Igor helped me out with the test drive and told me all about the vehicle before I even got into the driver's seat. Any question I had during the test drive he answered without hesitation. After the test drive we went back to the dealership and he went over my options and some numbers. I never once felt any pressure from him to buy that day. He gave me his card and told me to call him with any questions that I forgot to ask. He called me two days later to ask if I had any other concerns and to ask if I was interested in making an appointment. He asked what color I would like and told me if it was no longer available he would find what I wanted and get it to the dealer by the time my appointment was. During the appointment he walked me through every detail and explained anything I didn't understand. Going through the financial process, Jamie answered all my questions very well and also helped me understand anything she was telling me. The whole process in general was very fast and moved along smoothly. Igor also showed me the service department and helped me set up my first oil change. Once I got my keys Igor went over everything in the interior of the car to make sure I knew how everything worked including setting up my phone for bluetooth and helping change the time. I was also originally looking at a Hyundai and picked Kia because of the great service and attention I received from Igor. If I ever need another car or if someone asks me about where to go I will 100% always suggest Luther Kia and Igor. I will definitely be back for my next car. More

When it came time to talk prices, I felt they were reasonable and didn't try to haggle me too much, which is a problem I have experienced with other dealers elsewhere. Everyone was friendly and helpful. After I purchased the car Igor continued to go over details of the car with me as much as I wanted, such as working the bluetooth system, and the navigation. I drove away in my new car very satisfied and happy with the whole experience and I love my new car. I definitely would recommend this dealership and Igor. More
