The dealership went above and beyond to make my first BMW experience great! Professional, friendly, great service, excellent communication, and SUPER knowledgeable. I went to the dealership closer to their experience great! Professional, friendly, great service, excellent communication, and SUPER knowledgeable. I went to the dealership closer to their close time and Nez made the time for me - was very patient answering my million and one questions and had an answer to everything - super knowledgeable. In addition, Nez had everything ready to go when I got there the next day to pick up my car. Mike was amazing in explaining the finance process to me and really broke down and made everything easy to understand. Finally, Ian was wonderful explaining how the X3 works! The service was wonderful - thank you all for my amazing BMW! More
