Let me start with I was a buyer from out of state, Everything went very well, except for a rock chip on the paint on the door. I was told it was going to be taken care of.. Once I got to the dealership we noticed it was not. I asked Ian if he could reach out to the Ferrari dealership in the Nashville area where I was from to see if they had a paint specialist who could help me. He did not attempt to find anybody and said he had no contacts there. Everything else with the buying process and the dealership was excellent. I was just a little disappointed in the customer service and lack of detail. More
