Did not receive second key nor the keyless entry code. Made appointment and the service Mgr tried to charge my $200 for the code and the second key. Also had a cracked cracked bumper, asked about it and Made appointment and the service Mgr tried to charge my $200 for the code and the second key. Also had a cracked cracked bumper, asked about it and was told it was sold like that to save costs? I picked up at night so didn't see it until the next morning. Bought the extended service bumper to bumper 3 year warranty...was told there was no deductible. After printing the contract I seen I have a $100 deductible. Have the dealer print your sales paperwork and read it before signing. I found out the keyless entry code myself, now gotta get the key. Less than truthful so pay attention. More
