I found the car I was looking for online, checked a few dealerships and saw that Heiser Ford had by far and away the best discounts and prices. So, I went there even though it is 70+ miles from my house. Hutch was the best. I told him what I wanted, we looked at it and once he was satisfied I knew what I wanted, he helped me and didn't try to push add-ons or a bigger vehicle. Everything was smooth, he shepherded the process of getting an after-market change I wanted - by another business - to make sure the vehicle was ready when I wanted it. Hutch is the guy. More

I had purchased my previous Edge from Hutch and my dad purchased two vehicles from him over the years as well. Four vehicles from one family exemplifies the trust that I have in Hutch, and the professionalism, knowledge, and respect that he provides. Plus, Hutch is just an all-around nice man! When I made my recent purchase, I was going through a sorrowful time personally, and Hutch helped me find the vehicle that I was looking for with the utmost of ease. Kristina Beck presented the requisite paperwork to me, explaining everything to perfection. I enjoyed working with Kristina immensely. I have worked in the customer service / medical care field for many years and treating everyone with dignity and respect is vitally important to me. Hutch, Kristina, and everyone that I dealt with at Heiser Ford succeeded to the utmost of my expectations. More

We have history with Hutch and our loyalty is well deserved. When it came time for finance Kristine was so professional and explained everything. We met the General Manager, Chris, he went out of his way to make certain we had everything taken care of to our satisfaction and that we did not have any questions. Definitely the only place I will ever purchase a vehicle from. More

Hutch made the experience the smoothest ever, and that's saying something since he has to compete with himself! What. A. Guy! But, seriously... Great purchasing experience, and, as "Ahnold" said, "I'll be back!" And I have to say, Kristina, who got us through the finer details, was the icing on the cake! More

John Hutchinson was recommended to me by a family friend. I am so happy he did. John, and the Heiser team, were able to get me exactly what I wanted. The trade-in of my truck got me into a brand new one that I had always wanted. What Heiser offered was far better than any other dealership I had explored. I will definitely be recommending Heiser to family and friends. More

Great price and amazing customer service Heiser has a great selection and was the only dealer within 100 miles that had the truck that I wanted. Unfortunately, they are a 1 1/2 hour drive fro Heiser has a great selection and was the only dealer within 100 miles that had the truck that I wanted. Unfortunately, they are a 1 1/2 hour drive from my house so we did all of the price negotiations over the phone. They definitely beat several other dealers on the new truck price and also the trade in. I showed up 1 hour before close to look at the truck and they didn’t rush me and ended up completing my sale nearly 2 hours after their scheduled closing time. I personally would not have been a happy camper if I had to work 2 hours late with no notice but they didn’t seem bothered at all and were very friendly. I had a couple of questions after my purchase and was able to reach my salesperson every time I called and again they were very helpful in answering any questions I had. I will most definitely take the long drive for future purchases! Thank you to Tom, John, and Kristina For making my new truck purchase a great experience! More

Purchased New 2019 Ford F-150 Was in the market for my first Ford truck and after looking around for a while, a friend referred me to Chris & Hutch at Heiser and I am glad he did. Was in the market for my first Ford truck and after looking around for a while, a friend referred me to Chris & Hutch at Heiser and I am glad he did. They were ready to help me when I showed up, had the truck I was interested ready to go, and negotiated a more than fair price in short order. What I appreciated the most is that I added on a few accessories that took some time and coordination to complete and Hutch called me with updates almost daily. When they were installed, I set a time with Hutch to pick up the vehicle, and he had the truck and final paperwork ready to go. He took me through the accessories and features of the truck when I arrived to make sure I was satisfied before finalizing payment, and the finance office had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. All and all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience and appreciated their professionalism throughout. As my friend did for me, I hope I will be able to recommend a friend to Heiser in the future. More
