Other dealerships were pushy and tried to convince you to buy whatever, but I never felt that way with Hunter. He knew that I researched what I needed for my family, but he used his experience to explain things about the truck that is different from the others to ensure it met my requirements. A very easy-going guy that not only will you feel relaxed the whole time but also know that you are getting honest and upfront information. However, it did not stop there- After doing so much research and working with Zeck Ford several times, I even built a relationship with Jace and Nick, General Sales Managers. He recognized and knew what I was looking for that you could tell that this dealership was indeed about the individual and not just the sale. I felt this way with every person in that building and had several people there make my experience there a great one. Finally, after the sale was final- Zeck Ford continued to impress me. They ensured that I knew everything about my new truck and partnered me up with Alexis to go every detail. I am sure this is standard for Ford, but she went over every last micro detail of the truck and even quickly responded to questions I had later that I did not feel this was just a check the box job. I am moving this summer, but I feel that I could call any of these people no matter where I am and would do what they could to help me with my truck. I could easily see myself purchasing other vehicles from Zeck and highly recommend you do the same. You will not be disappointed. More

They have always been upfront and honest with what our trucks and cars needed. A few days ago, we traded in my 2008 Ford F150 for a 2018 Ford F150. We had the pleasure of working with Hunter Martin. We chose Hunter because of how professional Hunter was towards our son who purchased a Mustang a year prior. Despite our son being only 20 at the time, Hunter treated him with respect and took his car buying seriously. We were really impressed with his salesmanship and decided that he was the one we would turn to in the future. Hunter worked with our schedule and showed us the vehicles we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The process was smooth and painless. Cameron Decker was great to work with and hooked us up with a great rate for financing. We were considering trading our 2013 My husband and I went to Victory Ford in Kansas City, KS because we received a flyer in the mail for truck month. We were considering trading our 2013 F-150 for a new one. The salesman helping us was nice, however, each time I asked him to explain to me how they came up with the payment amount they were proposing the math did not seem right. Then, a sales manager came over to talk to us and he asked me what it was that I did not understand about the payment. I told him the math, with interest calculations, trade in factor, rebates, etc. was too far from the number I calculated. He told us we needed to work with them and be flexible. I advised him that we are flexible, but I am not committing to something I do not understand. Long story short, he was cocky and we thanked them for their time and walked away. We were heading back home and decided to stop at Zeck Ford and talk to Hunter. Although we did not have an appointment, and Hunter was super busy, he managed to fit us in and talk to us straight. He was honest and up front with us regarding what he could do based on our wants/needs. Hunter's manager, Jace, was even super nice and gave us an amazing deal on our trade in. If you want to make car/truck buying less painful, you need to go to Zeck Ford. Their business model, culture, and they way they treat people is stellar. I will definitely go back to see Hunter again when I am ready to make my next purchase. Thank you Hunter, and Jace, for making this experience a good one. More
