We purchased our Escape February 1, 2020. While at the dealership we found it didn’t have an owners manual in the glove box. We told our salesman Hunter about it and asked if we could just grab one out of dealership we found it didn’t have an owners manual in the glove box. We told our salesman Hunter about it and asked if we could just grab one out of the other Escapes they had on the lot. He said he’d just get a new one and mail it to us. On the drive home the low tire pressure light came on. We stopped and aired up the tire and continued home. When we pulled in the garage and were finally home we took the paper floor coverings off the floor mats only to find that the front drivers side floor mat was missing. Being that it was super late by the time we drove home, I didn’t text Hunter until the following day to let him know about the missing floor mat. On March 14th he finally sent a text saying he had sent the owners manual but no floor mat. We’ve had to put air in the tire every 2-3 weeks since and finally found that it had a nail in it. Paid to get that repaired. Here it is over 5 months later and still no floor mats or communication from him since May 26th. More

Love Zeck Ford LOL.....Sales, which I Truly DREAD!!ALWAYS trying to put you in something you NEVER wanted, let alone could NEVER afford......BUTTTT..... Had to help our son go through the process of buying his first car. I fully expected my WHOLE day being consumed...BOY was I wrong....Hunter Martin (sales staff) immediately understood the situation, and began by assessing which type of vehicle my son would be most comfortable in....I was hoping on the cheapest car available...knowing he would never fit in one. (he plays football)...LOL....he did start with a fusion, I believe...he did fit but sat in the next used car, Chevy equinox, and had MUCH more space, but, the price vs the mileage just ate at me...Hunter knew to step back and give us time as a family to discuss things.....So came the family discussion of used vs new...with over a year of looking...the prices of decent used cars now a days are not the deals of my younger years... I recalled a conversation with my sister about the eco sport, never seeing one I asked Hunter if they had any...clearly throwing him a curve...and he show us what the 2020 Ecosport looked like....then found a couple of 2019’s still on the lot...well one of those two came home with us and BONUS!!!! at a GREAT price.....TY Hunter!!!!!!!! Thanks Zeck Ford for your new sales protocols....going to buy a car doesn’t suck anymore and only takes as long as you want to make it!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!! More
