The dealership was very clean. Everyone was very helpful. It would have been a great extra perk if I received a full tank of gas when buying my new/used vehicle. I did drive an hour and a half to get there. It would have been a great extra perk if I received a full tank of gas when buying my new/used vehicle. I did drive an hour and a half to get there. My Sales man was very nice. He was juggling another customer at the same time as us, but stayed involved with us. With that being said we waited around a lot more than we wanted to. We got there at 11:00, and didn't leave until almost 5. A few steps I think could've been avoided if they were asked up front. I feel if we were asked up front if we wanted to add anything extra into our new vehicle, we could've avoided that. After we finally found the vehicle we were interested in, I feel was a little rushed through. I am a little disappointed that there was no budging on what we got for our trade in, or adjusting the payment where I would've felt more comfortable. I didn't want to lose the vehicle, so I just went along with it, since it seemed like there was no budging. In the end I feel and hope we got a long lasting great vehicle. The finance guy was great, again felt a little rushed through. The guy who helped explain items in my new car was very patient, and helpful. Overall I had good service. A few things could've been different but all in all I came home with a new vehicle. More
