Always very courteous staff. The wait time is not long when you're having your car serviced. We had a slight problem when we were out of town. None of the dealerships in Illinois The wait time is not long when you're having your car serviced. We had a slight problem when we were out of town. None of the dealerships in Illinois were willing to service our car even though we were told in Florida that it wouldn't be a problem. The issue was rectified but not pleasant to deal with after the fact. We were reimbursed completely for what we paid out of pocket. Couldn't really ask for better customer service. Howard needs to pay better attention to his past customers though, he promised if I called him he would respond but I didn't find that to be true. More
