i will happily recommend Herode Chancy to friends and family. until today i did not realize he came in on his day off to finish the transition of my previous lease to a new lease. At first I was very agitated, a little confused and undecisive as to what I wanted to do. Initially, I went to get my previous car serviced. When I received a buy back offer, I took the bait. The original color of the new vehicle that I wanted wasn't available but Mr. Chancy helped deliver a vehicle that I can see myself enjoying. Although, the numbers that were promised weren't kept, incentives were offered to accommodate the extra expense. It has been a very long 2 days but I am content. Thank You Mr. Clancy for your patience and also for your outstanding customer service. Please keep up the hard work. More
