He explained the difference between two different versions of the fusion I was planning to buy. Very professional, helpful, patient, friendly, and informative. I've never owned a newer car, so I'm not used to having all the gadgets of a brand new car. Instead of giving me the keys and letting me go, he showed me how everything worked inside the car, which I truly appreciated. Very pleased :-) More

I really had been putting off getting a much needed vehicle because of all the hassles involved. After having a terrible experience at another dealership in Omaha, I finally, after a month, decided to stop at Atchley Ford and check out a pickup that I found online. I explained to Herman about my recent bad experience at the other dealership and told him that at that point I would rather go to the dentist than to go through the car buying experience again. He assured me that he would make my experience there a much better one. He did exactly that and so much more. He and the finance manager, were both fantastic in their respective jobs. The entire visit at Atchley Ford was less than half of the time I had spent at the other dealership and I actually had a vehicle when I left there. I will highly recommend Herman Shields and Atchley Ford to everyone I come in contact with. I believe now, because of the the fantastic customer service given by Herman, that you have a lifelong customer in me. From today on out, if I am in the market to buy a vehicle, I will go only to Atchley Ford, and I will always ask for Herman Shields to assist me in the buying experience. We've been getting our vehicles through Atchley Ford for over 17 years and have never had a bad experience. The salesman we requested and used is great and we would highly recommend him and the dealership t over 17 years and have never had a bad experience. Herman is very pleasant, patient and accomodating and does his best to make our experience go smoothly and get us into the type of vehicle we want without making it an all day affair. The next time we go in for a new vehicle I hope he is still there. We like having the same salesman that knows us and a dealership that appreciates our business. It says good things about a dealership when you can go back in 3, 4 or 5 years and your same salesperson is still there. We give Atchley Ford and Herman Sheilds a thumbs up! More

Herman knew the Focus well, he knew the options and how to work them. He was intelegent and sincear and seemed to really want to help us buy the correct car that would be right for us.
