Responsive and proactive, Herman is completely focused on delivering superior value and exceeding client expectations. He was able to secure the EXACT car I wanted, at the right price, within 48 hours. He even personally delivered the car to my house (over an hour away) on his day off! Companies like CarTelligent offer such personalized service for a fee, but Herman sees it as part of his role and it shows.
