Herb is best, there isn't much else to say. He was personable, honest, and had great integrity. He went above and beyond in having the dealership send out the paperwork required as well. I bought a used 2016 Nissan Leaf and it was in excellent condition. The price was under market value and with the tax credit, I got the car at a steal. I highly recommend checking out Lexus of Watertown and hope you get the pleasure of working with Herb. Also shoutout to Misha, he was great too and helped with sorting out what was needed for the IRS. More
