I had such a great experience. I actually was in the process of deciding between two vehicles at another Lexus dealership that was closer to my house. I decided to do some additional research and branch out to this location, which is about an hour away. They ended up having the exact vehicle I was looking for with less mileage and for a better price. Not only was the deal better, but the service I received here was exceptional as well. Herb was my salesman, and I could not rave about him more. He was straightforward, honest, personable, and patient. He did everything he said he would do, and then some. Some dealers add on additional fees such as ceramic coating on every car at a cost of $995. I didn't experience any of that. He explained the additional fees (documentation, title, registration) upfront so that I knew what the total cost would be. More
