I am glad I made that decision. I think the salesperson really can make or break your experience. I already knew what car I wanted and was okay with the price I saw on the website for it so it was a fairly simple process. I was very pleased to have Gabriel as my sales associate. He was down to earth and not pushy. He also had a great understanding of the Jeep’s features and gave me a tutorial. Charlie the sales manager was also very nice and I felt comfortable working with him. Henson in finance educated me on the warranties and I never felt any pressure. I enjoyed working with everyone. Disappointed with payment process Starting with the sales person that didn’t know the difference between the car models and not taking me seriously initially. After some other support, I’ve explained that my funds were not readily available in the US and the quickest way to pay the 25,000 dollars deposit was using my card, which was accepted by the finance team. After hours at the dealer, with all paperwork done and signed, when I was about to drive away with the new car, I was called back to have the credit card transaction reversed, which costed me 1,700 dollars of FX and bank fees. After a week of discussions, I’ve wired the money to the dealer, that didn’t want to pay for my full loss, only offered 800 dollars discount and I’ve had the loss of the balance. More
