He also made sure to help us get every rebate and loyalty award that we could, without us even having to ask. Can’t recommend him enough! He also set us up with Anthony Monteiro to go through the entire operation of our car’s technology. I thought I knew Volvos well from driving it constantly, but he showed us how to work the many system improvements AND helped us learn features that we never knew before! He’s passionate, takes the time to explain, and really went out of his way to make it easy for us!
