Staff was very friendly and attentive. I received text message updates on what was being done to my car and when it was ready to be picked up. I recently purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson from Hyundai of Asheville, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible team for their outstanding support when I encountered an issue with my car. of Asheville, and I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the incredible team for their outstanding support when I encountered an issue with my car. Firstly, a huge thank you to Felicia for arranging for Patrick to pick me up when my car broke down. Her prompt action ensured I wasn't stranded and could get to my important event on time. Patrick was fantastic, arriving quickly and helping me get to my destination. Once at the dealership, Heidi in the service department was exceptionally helpful and kind. She ensured everything was checked out thoroughly and assured me all was well. The level of care and dedication from Felicia, Patrick, and Heidi turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. I can't recommend Hyundai of Asheville highly enough for their exceptional customer service. Thank you all for your help! More
