Treated like royalty! New customer for life!!! I was in the market for a car for my only son as a gift for his high school graduation and 18th birthday. He will be going to college in South Caroli I was in the market for a car for my only son as a gift for his high school graduation and 18th birthday. He will be going to college in South Carolina, and needed a reliable car to take with him. It was just bonus that the car was so nice and had everything that he needed. I had shopped for a certified used car for about a month before I finally made this purchase to buy a brand new car. The process was grueling and frustrating. I had just about lost all faith in trying to find an honest dealership, when I sent an internet inquiry to Millennium Toyota. Charlese contacted me by phone and was able to answer my questions a lot better than most responses that I received from the many other dealerships I had dealt with to this point. She told me about two vehicles that I might be interested in, and explained the differences and similarities between the two. So, I decided to come in to see the cars. When I got to Millennium Toyota on July 4 at about 5:30pm, it was already closed and everyone was going home. However, Hector, a finance manager, volunteered to stay later to help me with my questions. Nateshia, a saleswoman, also stayed late and she took me to see one of the cars in the storage room. I was sold instantly. Hector and Nateshia were both extraordinary in how they treated me. It was truly a breath of fresh air since I had been car shopping the entire day and was completely disappointed and exhausted by that time. Needless to say, I paid the deposit that same day and they had the car ready for me the very next day. The car was gift wrapped with a large bow and my son was truly surprised and happy with his gift. So far, as I spread the news about my great experience, two friends have told me that they too had great experiences with Millennium Toyota. Clearly, Millennium Toyota knows how to treat its customers!! More
