I never had a good experience, which is why I went all the way out to Long Island to Millennium. The experience there was amazing. They were honest and knowledgeable. No surprises. No tricks. No hidden charges. Just a great, straightforward buying experience. In fact, the business manager there found us a better financing deal than the one we originally received from Toyota, so we saved extra money. That just doesn't happen. This place is incredible. I am now a customer for life. More

Very knowledgeable and personable, yet also aggressive in the sense that he followed up all my initial inquiries when we were running around from dealer to dealer trying to figure out what we wanted to buy. He was responding to my text messages up until 11pm on a Friday night. He was so responsive that we bypassed 4-5 Toyota dealers close to my residence in Northport, and all the way over to Hempstead. We had some additional dealings with Jeff Zonen, General Sales Manager. He was also a total pro and a nice fellow. Extremely responsive to our concerns. On the floor, Kim, followed up quickly when some communications needed a little push. Hector allowed us to cut right to the chase and get out the door after a very long day. Nice guy too. But ALL sales people at Millenium were friendly and knowledgeable. Got a sense of a happy working environment in there. Makes me want to return! More

Gilda and Hector were both attentive, they understood my needs and requirements. They worked hard, above and beyond to help me to drive away with a 2016 RAV4. I was assigned to Tim Gray who also gave me a warm welcome and a smile. He assured me that he would have the matter looked into. It turned out that I had a nail in the tire. I had that repaired. I was also advised that my brakes needed changing. I said I did not have time for that and would make an appointment for that. Also the waiting area is nice and comfortable and clean. Very satisfied. More
