He was willing to negotiate our price over the phone rather than having us wait around in the dealership (although the dealership is beautiful and smells like a 5-star resort!). Our experience was also complete with a great interaction with Heather in Financing, who provided all the information we needed without any pressure on warranties. Finally, Mason walked us through the vehicle from back to front and inside and outside to understand the comprehensive capabilities we are very much enjoying! Thanks to all in the buying process! In the end they showed us one similar that was a demo and why the one option we initially thought we wanted wasn’t really necessary on that vehicle. More
