I came in 2 days in a row, after going to like 10 dealerships and Matt Viero was so patient and genuine. He was honest and upfront. He wasn't pushy or just trying to sell me anything. She answered all of my questions (I had several) without making me feel rushed and even went back and redid some paperwork for me after I changed my mind about something. Chris Buie, the tech guy, also did an amazing job explaining all of the features to the car. There was so much to remember that I wish I would have recorded it, but I'm confident that he's a phone call away if I need his assistance. I never considered BMW prior to this past week, because one of the other locations I've always gone into was not friendly, dark and unwelcoming. Every airbag deployed and the emergency system in the car instantly called 911. I left the accident scene via ambulance with a couple broken bones and pretty banged up. Within a few days, insurance totaled my SUV. My family called Nick at Autohaus and explained what had happened and explained we wanted another X3! Within the week, Nick & Heather had our new X3, our paperwork ready, and all we needed to do was pick it up! The Autohaus team is amazing and we will forever have a BMW in our family! The X3 was a beast in the accident and we are forever grateful for its safety! The experience at Autohaus was outstanding... like calling family for help! We can’t sing their praises enough! More
