Ivan Washington was awesome to work with, helpful and relatable. He answered any and all questions of mine. Chris Arnold was awesome to work with as well, helping me to establish the payment I needed working diligently behind the scenes when I was about to be over my budget to get it down even more. Great guys to work with! Having my vehicle serviced today with Aaron in the service department who was really helpful with issues found on the truck that I bought. So far been a positive experience. Such a nice facility to come and purchase a pre owned vehicle at a great price. These trucks are like brand new. Everyone hates going to a dealership because it takes all day; I can actually say at Jerry vehicle at a great price. These trucks are like brand new. They force you to write a positive review before you leave or you may get a worse deal. It’s extremely uncomfortable and I ended up with a Lemon with 2 bogus warranties and within 200 mi I was in need o leave or you may get a worse deal. It’s extremely uncomfortable and I ended up with a Lemon with 2 bogus warranties and within 200 mi I was in need of maintenance. I heard the dealers, managers, and techs all talking about the ‘losers’ they were servicing. Pls walk 57 hours to work rather than by here. They bought my mustang for $3k under value, then sold me a beat up Corolla for $450 a month with issues. They will hear from my lawyer but pls stay away. More
