Enjoyed our experience with this dealership very much. We found the sales person (Harvey Nyien) very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough with all details relating to the purchase and use of our new vehic We found the sales person (Harvey Nyien) very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough with all details relating to the purchase and use of our new vehicle. We felt that we received a good deal on the vehicle and were treated well during the buy process by all concerned at the dealership. This was our first experience with Toyota of Naperville, but it certainly will not be our last. We would recommend this dealership to any family or friend looking for a vehicle. We might add that we traveled 120 miles to buy our new vehicle and it was worth the time and effort. More

I have mostly great things to say about my buying experience with Toyota of Naperville. My salesperson, Harvey Nyien, went way beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. He even stayed way beyond his quitting time to make sure the process went off without a hitch. We have also had our car serviced and it couldn't have been smoother or been run by better and more friendly people. I'll use them anytime I need any thing. My only complaint was with the pricing. After paying full price for a fully loaded Camry Hybrid including several addon which included the extended warranty, The offered us virtually nothing for our trade-in. I know it wasn't worth much, but they could have offered us more to make us feel like they were really going above and beyond for us. I know they made a lot off the sale, but it left us feeling that the profit was more important to them than us as customers. Even with that slightly negative feeling, I would use them again and have recommended them to several friends. More

Harvey does a great job- not pushy, but knowledgeable about the vehicles. Knows when to acknowledge and when to defer to others. Harvey was very friendly. He wasn't pushy at all. He answered any questions I had, plus explained many features of the car while I took it out for a test drive. I liked his mellow approach. His no pressure sales approach is unique and very welcome as the car buying decision does involve a significant investment. Harvey Nyien was wonderful to work with. We have known Harvey a couple of years and he has maintained periodic contact with us during last year. When we realized our Prius C was too small and the seats were not fitting us we went to him and explained our problem. Harvey listened carefully and then recommended we try the Prius V. It turned out to be perfect for our needs. Harvey is an excellent communicator. He speaks clearly and concisely. His speed of speaking is moderate so that we understand what he is saying. He speaks in a low volume and doesn't have the HYPE common with so many auto sales people. He is knowledgable about his products and suggests concerns that we should consider in making a purchase decision. Harvey doesn't sell cars but assists the buyer through the process of selecting the right automobile. He is trustworthy and honest. We have purchased 7 automobiles from another Toyota dealer. Harvey has caused us to switch our allegiance to Toyota of Naperville. Thank you, Harvey. You have become a good friend. More

My wife and I have been using Toyota of Naperville since 2006, when my wife purchased her Corolla there, and we have been loyal customers ever since. On my visit in January 2013, I was in for service, and f 2006, when my wife purchased her Corolla there, and we have been loyal customers ever since. On my visit in January 2013, I was in for service, and found a 2011 Camry that was priced just right. Harvey Nyien and Mark Witt were patient and professional during the entire process, and made me feel very comfortable and there was never any pressure to close the sale. Suha Oner in the Finance Department was also very pleasant and professional, explaining the different warranty options and once again, there was never any high pressure to buy. I have recomended Toyota of Naperville to many of my friends over the years, and my recent visit solidifies my belief that the best place to buy a car in Chicagoland is Toyota of Naperville! Harvey Nyien was fantastic to work with! He was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that we had questions about and was even able to give us comparison information for cars that Toyo incredibly knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that we had questions about and was even able to give us comparison information for cars that Toyota did not carry. Harvey made us feel welcome to the dealership and took us through every step of buying a car. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Harvey made sure that we had all of the information that we needed to make the best decision for us. Even before pulling off of the lot - Harvey gave a thorough walk-though of all of the car's features and functions - which was incredibly helpful! (I realized that I had more questions than I thought.) Car buying is quite a long process - and I'm so glad that we worked with such an informative and kind dealer. I have already told friends about my awesome experience and I look forward to the next time I get to work with Harvey! . . . . and I LOVE my Scion iQ!!!! More

Harvey was wonderful to work with. I had been searching for a car for a couple of weeks and was starting to get frustrated with the whole process, and was tired of dealing with car salesmen. Working with the people at this location was completely different. They treated me as a valued customer, not a dollar sign they were trying to shake the lost out of. Harvey was fantastic. While his customer service was absolutey exceptional, it was his knowledge and thoroughness that really stuck out the most. Many times he would answer questions I didn't even realize I had until he brought the subject up and definitely made me feel great about leasing a new Corolla. Additionally, his follow up service has been phenomenal as well. It's been one week now since I've left the lot, and Harvey has made it clear that he is always available should I have any questions or issues with the car, and this is something that definitely puts my mind at ease. This was without a doubt the easiest car buying experience I've ever been a part of, and I will recommend Toyota of Naperville and Harvey to anyone in the market for a new car. More
