He really took the time to explain all of the features and options. Once all of the paperwork was done, he sat with us and helped us hook up our phones and make sure we were happy before taking off. We had visited two other Toyota dealerships closer to our house prior to this and neither had the selection or the salespeople that were as helpful and knowledgeable about this model as Harvey. We also spoke with Push Singh during the negotiation who was nice, funny, and very reasonable to deal with. The customer service was outstanding! More
