I went by myself and Harvey made it so simple and easy to understand. I went to a different Toyota dealership with my grandfather earlier that day, so I knew what price I should be looking at and that experience was awful. They gave me a $100 higher rate than Harvey was able to give at Naperville. Harvey did not have to get up and down to ask questions to other employees because he knew every answer to every one of my questions and answered them simply, unlike my other salesman. He was not overbearing and he made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. He was the best! More

He was and is thoroughly professional, available, reasonable, personable, persuasive, and extremely hard working especially in the context of resolving all disputed issues that imperil finalizing an agreement for the customer to purchase his product. I am no youngster. I am 74 years old. I began driving when I was 8 years old in 1950. I worked in my family's gas station while in high school. I became a lawyer in 1967 and have owned Cadillacs and Mercedes (buying fleets of them for my law firms) since 1972. A luxury car person like me is not an easy sell for a sensible, fuel efficient vehicle, particularly when my wife and I own rather a good bit of stock in petroleum companies. Yet Harvey did so in getting me into a 2017 Prius Series Four Touring. Harvey has sold cars to my daughter and son-in-law and then to their son, my grandson. My children and grandchildren hold him as the standard of excellence. I went to him in that context, and, now, I also agree. Robert B. Williams More
