Service Department I would never take my car to this place ever again! I left my car there for repair waited a month & a half to get it back. They acted like they didn’t know me & management up front never got back to me. Made me feel like I was not important & this is not the way a dealership is supposed to do I’ve worked for some in my past. Usually it’s take care of the customer not push them away. After calling the dealership several times about this request, I was introduced to Mark Preston who handled my service request with kid gloves. I live 240 miles from this dealership and, primarily due to their customer service, I have been coming to Infiniti of Gwinnett since 2006 for service.
