I recently brought my 96’ Civic to Fisher to have the transmission replaced. It was a big purchase and was a little nervous about it. Harry in services talked me through all the options and allowed me th transmission replaced. It was a big purchase and was a little nervous about it. Harry in services talked me through all the options and allowed me the time I needed to think through those options. He was patient each time I called back with a question as well as knowledgeable and informative about my questions and concerns. I agreed to the new transmission and my car was ready the next day! Fisher went the extra mile for me (no pun intended) by having the technician stay late to complete the work. My car is now running smoothly and feels great. I appreciate that I am never taken advantage of and that I can trust Fisher with anything from an oil change to a major replacement. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and I will return to Fisher for any future service work. Thank you. More

I've been taking my 1990 Honda Prelude to these guys for 5 and a half years and they've been wonderful. They've found parts for my old car all over the country and have always managed to fix things big and 5 and a half years and they've been wonderful. I've always been given great advice and explanations for everything. I'm very happy with this place and both Harry and Tom as service advisers (I don't know the others but they are probably great too!). More

Great service as always. Car was brought in for oil change, 112,500 mile service and brake check. Harry had a package deal for the oil change and service. The brakes was pulsing and once of the rear change, 112,500 mile service and brake check. Harry had a package deal for the oil change and service. The brakes was pulsing and once of the rear rotors is close to needing to be replaced....instead to save money we gave grinding the rotor one more try to save money. As well he made me aware of a discount member card for service which paid for itself after the initial cost. Awesome work...keep it up!!! More

I was given accurate information regarding what my annual service visit would require. There was also a software update that had to be done so I was told it would be a certain amount of time and they were f service visit would require. There was also a software update that had to be done so I was told it would be a certain amount of time and they were finished well before the time expected. I also had nice drivers take me to a doctor's appointment and pick me up to bring me back. All in all, the experience could not have been better! More
