I had a good idea of what I wanted when we walked in the door. I was thankful not to be subjected to much “selling” of other vehicles. We got right in the car I wanted and took a rainy test drive on fun windy hilly Pittsburgh-esque roads. Everyone we encountered we very friendly and professional. My son was offered free hot chocolate no fewer than four times by different people trying to make our car shopping experience pleasant. Overall, it was a great day and we went home with the car (and the payment) we wanted. Totally hassle free experience. More
