Working with Harrison Whitten and Dick Reithmiller validated for me that there is still a dealership out there willing to go the extra mile. They both engaged insure all my needs were met. I am very validated for me that there is still a dealership out there willing to go the extra mile. They both engaged insure all my needs were met. I am very picky about the presentation of the auto I am buying, and the knowledge about the product so they can help me hone my needs on the correct car. They met all my needs and then some with flying colors! The after sales experience was stellar. I had some after thought issues on my purchase and they were resolved in a professional and personal manner. I have told family and friends to Make Whitten Bros their first stop when shopping for new car or service. They will find there be no reason to go anywhere else! More

I visited several dealerships around Virginia narrowing down a selection for a new car. I went to at least 15 different dealerships and most of the salesmen (never saw a woman) ignored me and/or treated m down a selection for a new car. I went to at least 15 different dealerships and most of the salesmen (never saw a woman) ignored me and/or treated me as if I couldn't afford their car. I am a middle aged single woman and was dressed for the dog park on most visits. What I encountered at Whitten Brothers was different than pretty much every dealership I've dealt with over the years, which is quite a few. I have been involved in the purchase of over 60 cars and have never encountered the genuineness I encountered here. My salesman, Evan Lanier, was friendly, professional, informative, helpful, and surprisingly honest. Every person I encountered at Whitten was a pleasure and if you don't give them a chance, you're the one missing out. More

I have purchased 14 vehicles from Whitten Bros which includes every vehicle I have purchased over the last 30 years for myself, my wife and my children. I have used my Jeeps for business (real estate) as well as recreation (fishing and hunting). They are reliably dependable, extremely comfortable and will go places I don't even want to go anymore and more importantly get you back home. The service my family and I have received from the service department to the sales staff and top management has always been above and beyond what I expected. No problem is too small for them to help solve...a rarity in today's business world. The new Jeep, Chrysler and Fiat products are stunning. The quality is exceptional, the value is unmatched and they are as energy efficient or even more so than the competition. I'm counting the days until Fiat brings in the new Alpha Romeo. I would highly recommend them for any vehicle purchase. I have bought both used and new cars/trucks and have always been more than pleased with their attention to detail, my price range and the service I have received from the extended warranties (saving me a bundle) to the regular maintenance with service vehicle provided. My vehicle is basically my mobile office spending hours showing clients homes, land, farms etc. It's imperative that I have the "right stuff" every day or it could cost me thousands of dollars in lost commissions. That why I rely on Whitten Brothers and have done so for over thirty years. Whit Wall, Associate Broker, Coldwell Banker Realtors. (Whit is short for Whitfield, not Whitten!) More
