The Service person told me I needed a new Differential that Toyota would pay for and it would take a day to install it. He said they would call me in a couple of days, when the part came in and they would that Toyota would pay for and it would take a day to install it. He said they would call me in a couple of days, when the part came in and they would set an appointment and give me a loaner. This was OVER 2 weeks ago. I'm left in the dark here. Did someone drop the ball on this? I know I didn't. Someone should at least touch base, don't you think? More
