Pleasant, but not the follow-up. We are very satisfied with the vehicle. The sales people were very nice, but did not advise us that the vehicle did not come with a spare tire. The dealership would not work with me to get one at cost or split the price with me. I purchased my own spare tire and tried to use a 10% parts and accessories discount coupon that was sent to me, but the person in the parts department didn't want to have to do the paperwork over so he told me that the service department would take the equivalent amount off of my service. The service department didn't want to be troubled, so they wrote on my coupon that, although it would be expired the next day, I would get my next service at $21.95. Service is usually $39.95 which is only a savings of $18, when my 10% off of the spare tire kit that I purchased would have amounted to $22.30. So they are still trying to cheat me out of $4.30. I also referred a person that purchased a $30,000 + vehicle. I did not get my $500 referral fee because they said that he got there a day late. REALLY? What's with that? The vehicle is fine, the sales people were very nice but I think selling a vehicle without a spare tire, and not telling the purchaser about it, is a safety problem. Cheating a person out of a referral fee is just not ethical. More

Ask For Harold I was in a tight spot when my Pontiac decided she was done. I needed a car for my 65 mile round trip to my job I just started. I have a 0 credit score since I've always paid cash for everything. I knew going into it that getting approved for financing would be a nightmare. After I did about a month worth of car shopping in a weekend I found the car I wanted at a GREAT price. I've never dealt with a dealership and was terrified of the "used car salesman." Insert Harold. He did everything in his power to get me into the vehicle I wanted within my price range. We spent almost 8hrs at the dealership and enjoyed every minute of it. When my family and I were getting ready to pick up my new car I revived a phone call from Harold asking when I would be in. I explained I would be in earlier than expected. Even though he told me about his personal mishaps the night prior and not getting to bed until 4am he still met me at the dealership before our agreed upon time. My first experience with this Fairfield dealership was in December 20 Once again, Harold McPeek and Selwyn Brown put me in the Cadillac of my dreams. My first experience with this Fairfield dealership was in December 2008. They helped me get into the Cadillac I wanted at that time and did the same this year on Veterans Day. I got some awesome rebates on the overall price and the experience was TOP NOTCH! Love Fairfield! Rod in the Service Department was always great when I took the old Caddy in for service and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else for my Cadillac needs. Even though I live in Batavia, I don't mind driving out to Fairfield, these guys are the BEST! I would recommend without a doubt!!! More
