Sunny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took his time to go around the exterior and interior of the car and explain and demonstrate the features and let us examine everything without making us feel like we were wasting his time. The negotiation on the price of the car and our trade-in was very easy and carefully explained. Overall the price was extremely fair and competitive. We would highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree and Sunny. They have shown themselves to be honest, down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with and we will use their service department even though there are closer toyota dealership by us. More

Sunny and the sales manager went out of their way to find me the exact car I wanted even though they didn't have it in stock.
