We have bought 2 Toyotas here at Braintree dealership within 2 years and are happy with both the purchases. They took good care of us when servicing the 2011 Camry we bought in 2010. Once we came in for servicing our older vehicle and were able to do a test drive of Prius V 2012 with Bob. We liked the extra space in 2012 while still getting a good gas mileage. When we came for next servicing our Camry, Sunny showed us all the available options, ranging from small sedans to SUVs and Siennas. This helped us make up our mind about the new Prius and we closed the deal on the same day. We picked up the car in 2 days and Sunny was very helpful in explaining all the controls and setting up all the features of Prius 2012. He made me very comfortable test driving couple of times before I took home the car. Only negative thing is the lady in finance tried to hardsell extended warranty to us trying to scare us that something really bad will happen to us if we dont buy. You'd have to be strong and push back & say no. But overall it was a good experience, will definitely recommend Toyota of Braintree. More

Since my graduation from Notre Dame and my forty years of buying new cars I have not had such a positive experience as at Braintree Toyota! Having explored the web for best Toyota dealerships, prices, inven buying new cars I have not had such a positive experience as at Braintree Toyota! Having explored the web for best Toyota dealerships, prices, inventory, and service, I was more than pleased with what I found at Braintree Toyota. Ryan Tierny and Brian Mcgrath were outstanding, both in knowledge and servie. But the whole Toyota team made our experience so positive, Sunny and his technical wizadry, Mike Hankes for his assurance of our satisfaction, Bill Detellis for his clear and forthright presentation of after-purchase options. On the Friday I arrived at the bright and open show room, the receptionist greeted me warmly and said someone would soon be available. Within a minutes, "Charlie" walked up and asked if anyone was helping me. Charlie, I discovered, was Charles Tufankjian, the owner! No wonder this dealership is so well run, the owner himself is there! Charlie introduced me to sales agent, Ryan Tierney, who listened carefully to my interest and expectations for a new vehicle. My wife, Mary, have a 2001 Toyotal Camry with over 175K miles and still getting 32 mpg on the highway and never needing major service. But we needed a vehicle with heated seats and a smooth, comfortable ride. We prefered the best mpg, a "green" car, and preferably "American made" in this global world. In additon to the Prius, we expected to look at the Ford Fusion, and Lexus 200, besides the Toyota Camry Hybrid. Ryan showed me, on my first visit, his stock of Priuses and Camry Hybrids in a top floor auto store room that was massive and most impressive. When I called the following Monday for appointment to test drive the Prius and Camry Hyprid, Ryan was out for the day but Brian Mcgrath was there, more ready to join us in a drive in and around Braintree. My wife, Mary, was most comfortable with him and appreciative of his knowledge and sensitivity to our concerns for the best vehicle for us, Toyota or otherwise. We felt no pressure to buy. Within the week we purchased a a silver Prius 4 that -- most important us -- Braintree Toyota had available. Ryan Tierney and Brian Mcgrath especially made it possible. They are outstanding: the best, as is the whole team and dealership. Ryan and Brian merit extra Dunkin Doughnuts this week! They truly are the best! More

I first went to Toyota Braintree last Feb 2011 to purchase my 1st Toyota even though I was a little nervous with all the negative advertising about defective brakes and accidents. But Consumer Repor purchase my 1st Toyota even though I was a little nervous with all the negative advertising about defective brakes and accidents. But Consumer Reports still rate Toyota very high, so I went. Every person I met, from the entire Tufankjian Family, to our Sales Rep, Sunny, made me feel very comfortable. Sunny spent a great amount of time answering all my questions, demonstrating all the new features and letting me test drive my choice of 2011 Prius (amazing car!). Prior to my Prius, I had been a devoted Honda Accord client for 16 yrs. But now after 1 yr with my Prius, I am definitely converted to being a Toyota client. Today I came in for my 10,000 mile check up (oil change). Again, all people were incredibly knowledgable and patient, including Natale in the Service area. While waiting for my car to be serviced and to get my annual State Inspection Sticker, Sunny spent a good amount of time talking to me and my husband (who also bought a used Prius the same day I bought my new car). Sunny has such a great, upbeat personality, you can't help smiling when you are around him. He truly is the consumate salesman...very knowledgeable, never pushy, but always willing to "go for the sale". I am impressed with some of the new upcoming features Toyota is developing and I told Sunny to keep me in mind in the future. Right now, I'm still in love with my Prius 2011. I keep bragging about it and showing it to everyone I meet. And I love to tell my co-workers I only have to fill up with gas twice per month and am getting 45-50 MPG! This is an amazing car. And Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree is easy to get to and make you feel like a close friend. Thank you Sunny. And thank you Tufankjian Toyota.
