Sunny was a very friendly, professional and experienced sales person. Buying a Toyota Highlander was a dream come true especially for the kids. We have been waiting for the right time to buy a car with the sales person. Buying a Toyota Highlander was a dream come true especially for the kids. We have been waiting for the right time to buy a car with the perks that we all wanted and we have it on 09-30-12. The deal that we got from the dealership through Sunny which includes the price, features and the car itself were so sweet and perfect that we refuse to entertain any second thoughts. My experience was excellent. Worked with Sunny and John Celesk. I had some credit problems and John managed to get me an excellent financing rate. Experience was good. Car is ok in terms of value. Was told it would get 17 miles per charge and when fully charged it says 11. Radio is also pretty poor in terms of technology. I brought my car for the first 5000 miles checked, and as I was waiting for the service to be done I browsed for new cars that's on display at the lobby. I then saw the 2012 Toyota Highlander and asked Sunny I was waiting for the service to be done I browsed for new cars that's on display at the lobby. I then saw the 2012 Toyota Highlander and asked Sunny if he can quote me a good price of the car so I can called my sister (who is at work at that time) that I found a car for her. After Sunny was done with his costumer that he was attending to... he gave me a quotation of the car and I then called my sister at work about the Toyota Highlander. I didn't know that on that same day she has an appointment to close the transaction with another dealer of the same kind of car. I told Sunny that I will picked up my sister and brother -in-law at the train station after work so that he can wait for them. I test drive the car and encouraged my sister not to go to other dealership and I asked her to talked to Sunny and Carlos if they are Okay with the price that they gave me. At 9:00pm.they closed the deal and purchased the car.I told my sister that purchasing a vehicle in Tufankjian, Braintree dealership is a good choice because they treat all the customers like friends and family and their service is excellent. More

My husband and I have dealt with a small local dealership for over twenty five years. Unfortunately, they recently went out of business. Initially, we were hesitant to deal with such a large dealership. Howe for over twenty five years. Unfortunately, they recently went out of business. Initially, we were hesitant to deal with such a large dealership. However, our experience with Sunny was tremendous throughout the process. Although Toyota of Braintree is a large and impressive facility, Sunny and his staff provided us with a very personal and individual touch. I went to Toyota of Braintree because I was talking to a friend of mine on Friday when she mentioned that she was picking up her new car later that day. I told her that I needed a new car but I didn't belie friend of mine on Friday when she mentioned that she was picking up her new car later that day. I told her that I needed a new car but I didn't believe that I was in a position to afford the payment. I divorced recently and I am still adjusting to handling my own finances. She told me that I should talk to Walace because she was so happy with the way he had helped her. I met with Walace on Friday evening and Sunny took me to test drive the Corolla and Camry. I immediately fell in love with the Camry. I was very anxious about taking such a big step on my own. Both Walace and Sunny helped to set my mind at ease. Walace was extremely patient and understanding when explaining things to me. I was happily driving out of the Braintree dealership on Saturday afternoon. Sunny has made himself available whenever I had questions and called me to make sure I didn't have any problems or concerns. I am confident that I made the right decision when choosing this dealership. They are VERY lucky to have Walace and Sunny there. More

As many people who have bought a new car before know, it can be a very stressful experience. However, when I walked into Toyota in Braintree, I was immediately introduced to Sunny Ahuja, who made everything can be a very stressful experience. However, when I walked into Toyota in Braintree, I was immediately introduced to Sunny Ahuja, who made everything more enjoyable. Sunny took the time to show me all of my options, and explain the features of all the cars I looked at. If there was anything I did not fully understand about anything throughout the proccess, Sunny was there to shed some light and make sure I understood what I was getting into. From beginning to end, Sunny made sure my needs were being met, and that I would walk away a happy customer. After completing the sale, I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica Reed in the finance department. She was very friendly and made the experience even better. She simply stated the warranty protections I was being offered, and was not pushy at all. She made reccomendations and explained everything clearly. More

Greg Tufankjian was consistently checking in throughout the process to make sure I was pleased with the progression of the selections. Greg even drove a car to my house after work to see if it fit in my garage. There are many local Toyota dealers that are much closer and more convenient to my home but I have no regrets in my dealings with this dealership. The whole experience was much more pleasant than I expected and I feel like a got a great car at a good price. I would recommend this dealership to others and would use them myself again. More
