He spent basically the whole day with us, guiding us through the entire process, answering our questions, and addressing concerns that came up along the way. Haris and Daniel were also super helpful and connected us with a bank that made sense for us. No "hard sell" tactics or shady stuff like I have experienced at other dealerships. I went to have my car appraised because they are advertising up to 25% more than your cars value. It is more like offers of 25% less than your vehicles value. KBB has it listed at a 19k trade in val advertising up to 25% more than your cars value. It is more like offers of 25% less than your vehicles value. KBB has it listed at a 19k trade in value, Carmax gave me an offer for 16,400. Lia offered 15k, so if you are looking to sell or trade in your car you should not go to Lia unless you want to be low-balled by Harris, because they have to make a few bucks too, and they can always find the same car but newer with less miles.
