Was pleasurable, friendly, and very accommodating. I've bought all of my cars @ Woburn Toyota, for the simple reason that they go above and beyond to help you get what you want and what you can afford! the lease process is terrible. The customer service is terrible, you can leave a message 2 week on daily basis but no one will back to you. You must ask everything, no one will up The customer service is terrible, you can leave a message 2 week on daily basis but no one will back to you. You must ask everything, no one will update you about case status. The sale person can promise you everything but actually you will get nothing. My suggestion doesn't leave the office until you will get all document, verify everything with Global Toyota Finance. If you will leave the office without close everything by phone it will take a month and you still will need to come to the office. More

Best Toyota dealership around Boston area. I have been going to this dealership for years. Since moved in still drive the 15 miles to go service my car there and to purchase cars also. They are not phony people they are down-to-earth and real and truly nice and care about you and your car so are the salesmen I have had the same salesman for years and will continue to lease and purchase from him.
