She was f recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma from Beaver Toyota, and the only reason this transaction happened was because of my sales agent, Hannah. She was fantastic from start to finish. Hannah was incredibly involved, worked hard to navigate multiple obstacles, kept me constantly informed, and followed up diligently. She even personally ensured that promised parts, which were missing at delivery, were successfully tracked down and delivered to me. If you buy a vehicle here, absolutely ask for Hannah. However, the overall dealership management and financing process left a lot to be desired. It felt like every opportunity was taken to squeeze extra money into the deal. My advice to future buyers: Enjoy working with Hannah, but when it comes to the business office, read and verify every single document. Double-check the VIN, scrutinize the financing terms, ensure all your options are actually delivered, and make sure no unwanted add-ons have been slipped into the final deal. More
