You have always been polite and thorough when dealing with us regarding our 2013 Sonata. The clientele is consistently pleasant and polite...from the first contact in the service area, to the service ad with us regarding our 2013 Sonata. The clientele is consistently pleasant and polite...from the first contact in the service area, to the service advisors. Thank you Caleb, Jason, Hannah. On 1/23/23, we brought our vehicle in for several fixes. Since we couldn't wait 3 hours, their shuttle driver (name slipped my mind) took us home in a timely manner and was very nice, friendly, attentive and caring. That is a wonderful service to offer to clients so we appreciated that. The only downfall was the inconvenience due to major remodel. So that was a bit of a disappointment, especially to my husband who enjoyed the coffee, TV, snacks usually normally offered. But no big deal. Thank you for putting up with grumpy, grouchy, impatient people who are stressed to begin with, and for dealing with them delicately. I'm rating a 4 rather than a 5 for one reason...that is when calling to make an appointment or inquire about something, I always get an answering machine and the majority of the time, no one calls back and I have to call again.
